My condolences to the parents and the kids but in a democracy it’s the folks with the political clout that win not the folks with the angels on their side.
There is, however, a gratifying irony in the fact that some of Obama’s most ardent supporters were reminded that the color of a man’s skin, even if it’s the same as your own, is less important then the content of his character.
