Worst. Decade. Ever.

At least since the 90s, so says Reason TV.  It’s not nearly the erudite conversation we had assessing this decade, but it’s still pretty, darn funny.  Enjoy.

    Yeah, that is pretty good. And he’s right – Reagan totally could do that with his eyes. Shut.

    Cato Institute said the “aughties” were awful too. But they think things will get better.
