KO punch is right. Also, AG Eric Holder keeps talking about a fair trial, yet refers to KSM as a murderer and a terrorist. I wonder if his lawyer is going to say that in such an atmosphere his client can’t get a fair trial. What then?
When asked if an enemy combatant has ever been tried in a civil court, Holder doesn’t know the answer. As the United Stated Attorney General who has recommended we try terrorists in civil court, isn’t that something he should have checked? In fact, shouldn’t he be THE expert on that subject?
Go Graham!
Make that civilian not civil.
