		<description><![CDATA[Reading about the schism on the left over public education, particularly &quot;Liberals turn on teachers’ unions&quot; at Joanne Jacobs blog, I thought the split was deeper then I&#039;d thought and wider but if Feinstein and Durbin are duking it out over the D.C. voucher program then split is wider and deeper then even my optimistic outlook suggested.]]></description>

But Jay, all these people going after the program also say, when judicial nominations are on the table, that original intent has nothing to do with implementing the law. Why not hold them to their words?]]></description>
