		<description><![CDATA[I think the discussion of the proximity of the Teacher Union offices to state capital buildings is newsworthy and shows Jay&#039;s creative flair for making a point.  It reminds me of his report on School names.  This fun geographical analysis could get significant news coverage from the nation&#039;s newspapers.  Too often academics and education research scholars stick solely to regression analysis and R2 for evaluating test scores.  The public tends to respond more to articles that are more quotable.  I sure hope Jay finds a national news platform to publish and report this political analysis.]]></description>
